"PLAYA CALATAGAN, a Landco Pacific Corp. leisure development, is set to be completed this year, a statement from the company said.
Landco said the construction and land development of the 92-hectare project in Batangas were "ahead of schedule."
"By this year, we expect to launch the first phase of Playa Calatagan’s beach resort, which will be available to lot owners, their families and friends, and local and foreign tourists for a minimal admission fee," Playa Calatagan business development Manager Kitto Jacinto said.
"This beach resort will be comprised of seven swimming pools, garden and pool cabañas, a beachside restaurant and food court area, and a welcome pavilion that houses an information center, admissions area and temporary lounging spaces." . . ." read more ( click on heading )
