ROBINSONS LAND Corp., the property arm of JG Summit Holdings, yesterday announced that it is absorbing subsidiaries also engaged in real estate development to become a leaner business.
In a disclosure, Corporate Secretary Rosalinda F. Rivera said the merger of Robinsons Homes, Inc., Trion Homes Development Corp. and Manila Midtown Hotels and Land Corp. "with and into" Robinsons Land has been approved by the firm’s board. > > > [ full story ]
