The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Association (CREBA), the largest organization of the country’s renowned real estate developers, will hold its annual induction of new officers and board of directors on Jan. 31, 6 p.m. at the Hotel Intercontinental Manila. Incoming CREBA President Reghis M. Romero II and prominent past officers and board members including Pedro C. Tario (2007 national president of CREBA) and Manuel M. Serrano (founder and board chairman) will lead the event, along with hundreds of CREBA members and guests to witness the oathtaking and officially welcome the new set of directors and officers. Editha L. Manansala, vice president for public affairs, said "CREBA has lined up innovative programs, activities and events which will mark another promising year for the organization. With the forthcoming induction of the new set of officers and board of directors, everyone can expect an even stronger, active and exciting organization with the primordial goal of elevating the real estate industry to greater heights." To be inducted are CREBA founder and board chairman Serrano, Reghis M. Romero II, National President; Techie P. Bautista, executive vice president; Teresita C. Millan, treasurer; Michael O. Uy, Corporate Secretary; directors Rosemarie C. Basa, Orlando S. Bongat, Jaime A. Cura, Franklin G. Fuentebella, Danilo E. Ignacio, Oscar Q. Inocentes, Nestor S. Mangio, Jerry M. Navarrete, Exequiel D. Robles and Pedro C. Tario. Also to be sworn in are Vice Presidents Arsenio M. De Guzman, External Affairs; Avelina P. Acuña, internal affairs; Victor H. Manarang, finance; Angel G. Vivas, Jr., chapter affairs; Editha L. Manansala, public affairs; Rodolfo L. Pua, Systems and Technology; Domingo D. De Vera, auditor; and Florentino S. Dulalia.
