PFC Properties, Inc. is merging with majority shareholder Ayala Corporation, documents obtained from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed.
Based on a proposed merger submitted to the SEC’s Company Registration and Monitoring Departmennt (CRMD), Ayala Corp., as the surviving entity, will absorb all the assets and liabilities of PFC Properties as of end-December 2006. > > > [ full story ]
