Traffic authorities have defended the P300-million elevated U-turn project along Kalayaan-C5 Interchange, saying the project is better than the one previously approved by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando had turned down the proposed P600-million tunnel or underpass project originally approved by the DPWH in favor of the P300-million elevated U-turn slot. > > > [ full story ]
