The current tax amnesty law approved by the Philippine congress and now being implemented by the Bureau of Internal Revenue is a big opportunity for those who have inherited real property but which estate has not been settled yet or estate taxes thereon paid. However, the deadline for the tax amnesty is already this March 2008 and those who would like to avail should already look into the tax amnesty law and its implementation.
